GENERAL CONTRACTING
JBM Contractors Corporation is a full-service commercial general contractor. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
JBM Contractors Corporation provides construction management services that give our clients the tools and resources they need to deliver a successful construction experience. We can provide the following construction management services:
- Agency Construction Management: JBM serves as a third-party supervisor to assist a client in overseeing the design process, providing quality-assurance evaluations, review scheduling, and help the owner in making decisions throughout the project.
- Construction Management at Risk: JBM manages the design and construction phases for the owner. We administer the budgeting/estimating process during the pre-construction phase, providing guidance on constructability, bid solicitation, value engineering, and scheduling/sequencing. During the construction phase, we manage the overall project by monitoring the project schedule, conducting progress/coordination meetings, providing quality control, ensuring a safe work environment, monitoring the project budget, and keeping the owner well-informed of the overall project status.
DESIGN/BUILD
JBM Contractors Corporation offers a single-source project delivery method with the design/build approach. Under this model, we provide both design as well as construction services. We strategically partner with design consultants who team with us to provide the most creative and cost effective solutions for our clients. By implementing the design build approach, the overall construction process, from inception to completion, can be significantly reduced. Thus, reducing cost without reducing function.
